Play Date Fun

Today we had our friends over: Louie & Marie to play. The kids had such a blast.

Lou and Kain are best friends. They go to school together. 

 ICE CREAM at 10a, why not!

 Little Miss Sassy.... She is a character. This was tonight after baseball practice. Yes.. she does this herself. 

 She had to wear this vest today. (Even though it was 80 degrees) of coarse she had pants on, but she spilled on them so I had to change her right before this picture was taken. IS THIS AUSTIN? look at that face!

 No, she's serious all right.. this is her "Cross her arms" photo. She's back doing this move.... It's no joke!

 Austin this morning before school was blowing bubbles for the littles.. They were having fun chasing them.

Last Night of Awana....

Tonight was the last night of Awana.. The boys had such a fun year. Tonight they sang at church and received awards for their service. Can you spot them? (Austin in green shirt/red vest) Kain in purple shirt/blue vest. We will for sure be signing up again. Mela danced in the aisle to all the songs and had a great time getting a lot of attention. 

After they had a pizza party. What a fun night!

 One of the leaders put a video together of all the kids. The boys loved watching it. I bought them a copy to have.. It was such a fun year. 34 weeks of AWANA. They were BOTH sad it was over..

Free Saturday!

No baseball no activity--Saturday.. THIS NEVER HAPPENS. So we made the most of it and had such a fun day. We went on a walk.... then stopped at a friends house.. I took out the water table for Austin to test out and the kids had such a fun day.. We ended it with a BBQ and movie night. Even Mela stayed up to play (Her and Kain played on their BBQ and baked us pretend cookies and ice cream). YUM!

 It was so cute... I went back to put some laundry away and I hear Austin reading to Mela.. Look at her looking at him on her tippy toes. It was so cute! I love that Austin can read so well now. It's really cool to see this!
