Austin and Kain are Mela's biggest Cheerleaders when it comes to teaching her how to walk. She is doing great.. Taking about 10 steps at a time. Getting more confident by the day... She can do it, it's just so much easier to crawl or say "Upt, Upt" to be carried.. Ha ha ha.
The boys love to hold her hand and walk her up and down the hallway. They take turns doing this.
Kain and Mela have so much fun together. They are like two peas in a pod. When they come to work with me, the teachers always tell me that Kain was so sweet and playing with Mela. He even plays baby dolls with her.... he's a little rough with the babies, but he tries to play nice. When he throws the baby's down, Mela's new thing is to say, "ouch". Everything is "Ouch"
They are swimming with the dolphins here. (In Kain's bedroom)
Mela loves, loves, loves going to the park to play.
I think they get along so well because they both like to play with all their toys... Neither of them care for Cartoons too much, unless I find Elmo or the Wiggles. They both really like the Wiggles. That's the only time they actually sit still.
This 80 degree weather is attracting us to the Beach...Mela loves getting her feet in the sand, but then again, says, "ouch".
This past week on the way to pick up Austin at school, we've been taking the wagon. Sometimes Kain sits in it with Mela.. but he likes to pull it as well. It takes us a very long time when Kain pulls it. His flip flops always seem to fall off, Like every other step, the flip flop falls off.. It's actually kinda funny. But we give ourselves plenty of time to get up to the school.
