Halloween is taking forever to get here in the kids mind, as for me, I'm finding it hard to get outside and finish up my decorating when we have these Santa Ana winds (Crazy wild fire winds) and hot hot temps! What is with this weather? All I can think is I hope it get's a little cooler for the boys costumes, Mela, she will be alright! But people who walk by our house have complimented me on my decorating this year. Yah, I'm proud!!!!! Sorry no pix. I'll work on that.
Last weekend we took the kids to a pumpkin patch. Unlike the past 90+ temps, we drove over an hour and it started to rain. It was chilly too. we were so not prepared. Such a strange day, but we had fun!
Sometimes I like to turn my camera on the kids playing together in the toy room. Somedays I love to just hear their little laughs and I sneak in and take pictures. When they catch me in the act they either, totally "CHEESE" (Mela) act goofy (Kain) or try to hide (Austin). Sometimes I'm luckier than others and catch them all in a great moment!
Kain had a little playdate with his friend, Maiah after work one day. They had so much fun together! Aren't they cute?

I'm sorry but this kid loves the camera. All I do is say, "Mela" and this is what I get. She loves to look up and "CHEESE"
Ok, I did my best... This is Mela in her Halloween costume. She is a fairy princess.. but I cannot get her to sit still for one single second.. I've even called in the bribers, Aka, Austin and Kain to help.......But you'll see.. she is so cute in her costume. The boys loved seeing her all dressed up in a "tutu".
Ha ha, Austin gave her my phone to keep her occupied so I could put her headband on.
Oh and my Mickey Mouse.. Here's his "trick or treating" costume. Isn't he a cutie?? I love that he chose this costume!
I love these kids! Happy Halloween festivities weekend.. We have parties galore... not to mention getting some pumpkins carved!!!!!
