Today was another busy busy day... I missed Kain's game, but made it to Austin's right in time to see him up to bat. Seems like the batting coach is helping out a bit.. he's more confident and kinda using some of his techniques learned....he only stuck out once today..and the team lost 9-11. It was close!
Of coarse he doesn't let me get very many pictures... but I snagged a few after the game as the coach was talking to them.
Mela and Kain got some sunflower seeds and were happing eating them.
Eric was able to stop by with the boys for a little bit before Austin's game. Later Austin told me he was kinda bored but he wanted to support me since I'm always there for him... Awwweeeww!
Tonight Austin is having his 1st ever sleep over. He was SO EXCITED. I mean, SO EXCITED. It's with Quint, "Q". He came home with me from baseball tonight and he was asking me... "Mom, are you going to miss me tonight?" and I said "Of Coarse" I'm never without you. He then asked, " Are you really going to miss me?" and I said of coarse, but I want you to have so much fun!!!
He was counting the hours till I dropped him off. Kain was so happy for him too... He came with me to drop him off and he carried in Austin's sleeping bag. And he told him... "Have so much fun Austin and tell me about it tomorrow" It was so sweet. Kain is not yet in bed... but I wanted to spoil him a little bit.... so I let him make his own Ice-Cream Sundae. He went a little crazy. (We did this after Mela went to bed).
Now he has a full belly and is pulling that.... I can't sleep in my room without Austin card... I hope he does ok.. I know he doesn't like to be without him in the room. I know this because if Austin sneaks into our room in the middle of the night and Kain wakes up.. he wakes up screaming for Austin!
Here's to a good night's sleep... for us and Q's parents. (I think Austin will do great)! I told him to be on his best behavior... and he will get asked to do this more often. ..I miss him already... can't stop thinking about him.
