Monday was Austin's school parade. The kids got to dress up in their costumes and each grade was called upon to walk around and show off their costume. It was a lot of fun, but it was SO chilly out. Kain was not too excited about seeing all the costumes, I think it scared him a bit!
Ms. Stadler along with all the other teachers, grades K-5th dressed as construction workers. It was really cute!
Here's Austin's classmates.
Mela on the other hand was very content sleeping in the comfort of her own crib.
Look how cool our house looked! We had the best house on the block!
At 1p we had a party in Austin's classroom. He made a spider and we just hung around the classroom and watched all the kids eat their snacks. But I tell ya-he was very excited to have us there with him in his classroom.
Can you believe Mela is 5 weeks old today. She is weighing in at 10lbs. She is such a joy in our lives, can't hardly imagine what life was like before her. We are blessed!
Tonight Austin and Kain welcomed all their friends over for hotdogs and snacks while the adults enjoyed Tortilla soup and wine. It was so much fun...
Then we headed out to trick or treat. It was AWESOME! this neighborhood is so much fun.. can hardly wait till Christmas. People really do go all out on decorations!
The boys loved every minute of it!
But had just as much fun being at home to hand out candy (and check out what they got)!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
