We've got bunk beds!!!

We had a window of 1-4p today. So after work we had lunch, stopped at the store and rushed over to the house so we didn't miss it. By almost 4p, we found out the driver had a flat tire and the time was pushed closer to 6-7p. Ugh, the disappointment. So we ran home, got a blanket, some pillows a DVD player a few good movies, stopped at the store for a pizza, pizza cuter and ice cream and headed back. It was 7pm and the door bell finally rang. OOOH, the excitement! Ice-cream and a movie, what can be better?
So the reason you see this photo is because right when they arrived, the sprinklers went off. The guys were saying, "I'm soaked" but I had no idea how to turn them off. They were really soaked too. I think the sprinklers were moved and the direction they were pointing were right towards to the front gate and the front door. Needless to say, my beautiful wood floors.... :(

We have a Pre-School Graduate!

We are so proud of Austin. He was SO excited to graduate pre-school. When he woke up in the morning (at 5am) all he sang was, "Go Austin, Go Austin". The phrase stuck in my head all day-and put a smile on my face every time I thought about it.

T.G.I.F

We had so much fun today at our friends house. Tyler and Justin had us over to swim in their pool they just put up.. It was WAY too fun and a beautiful day for it.. Sunny and 80's... Can't beat it! Austin has been swimming so well. Kain put on the life vest for a little bit, but would rather play with the bubbles and water toys!

TGIF.. big fun weekend ahead.. Birthday parties, Keys to new House (YEAH)! and a sitter and shopping on Sunday for Eric and I... looking forward to it and trying out a new little dive in Manhattan Beach for lunch! (Adult lunch, that is)
